River Spruce Return Policy:
River Spruce is committed to providing you with quality merchandise and carry only top brand products from well known manufacturers. We hold our suppliers to the highest standards of quality control and all our products carry a manufacturers warranty that is passed on to you.
To return an item, please read the River Spruce return policy carefully and then fill out the form below with as much information as possible.
Upon receipt of the request form, someone will contact you regarding your request. At that time, we will provide you with a valid RA# and instructions for return shipment.
Warranty Claims:
This applies only to items that are defective or damaged in shipment.
All returns must have a valid RA# to be accepted for warranty, and must be complete in original packaging. Damaged merchandise must be returned within 10 days of being contacted with the RA number.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, the customer will be reimbursed the return shipping cost and original purchase price less 10% for processing fee or replaced at no charge.
Order Cancellation or Non-warranty Return:
This applies to an item you wish to cancel before it is shipped or the return of an item that is not damaged or defective.
All non-warranty returns must have a valid RA# to be accepted, and must be packaged in original unopened packaging as in new condition with all paperwork and manuals. No refunds will be issued for merchandise that has been opened and/or used in any way. All non-warranty returns, refused shipments and incorrect addresses are subject to a restocking fee of 25% or $20 (whichever is greater).
Back orders:
If a delay or back order occurs you will be notified within 1-2 business days via e-mail. The order will be cancelled at your request and you will receive a full refund if we are notified within 7 days of backorder notification.
